The guide summarizes visible operating policies. Each case may require additional confirmation if mixed, event, limited edition, piece 1/1 or special shipment.
SRC does not store bank data. Payment is coordinated after validating stock, shipping and method available.
View CheckoutThe cost and final time depend on city, parcel, production, event or type of piece.
View shipmentsSizes, damages, payments, events or digital products are reviewed with foil and evidence when applied.
View returnsIf something changes, open case with folio, mail, summary, priority and expected resolution.
Open SupportLimited editions
Normal products can activate availability notice. Numbered, 1/1 or declared closed-edit pieces pass to Store Archive when they run out. If there is a new version, it must be published as a new edition, not as the same spin.
