SRC / Institutional dossier

Sueños Rotos Corporation

Sueños Rotos Corporation is a creative holding company: a structure that brings ideas, symbols, products, platforms and communities into an ecosystem with direction, memory and continuity.

01 —Origin

Corvus Aeternum needed technology and storytelling to move forward. Other projects faced the same problem: promising ideas without the infrastructure to build and sustain them. Sueños Rotos Corporation was created to share that infrastructure.

  1. Corvus Aeternum
  2. Technology + storytelling
  3. Other projects, the same need
  4. Shared infrastructure
  5. Sueños Rotos Corporation

From the broken, the eternal is born.

The name comes from the ideas, projects and versions of ourselves that reality once broke.

Sueños Rotos is about what we do with those pieces: learn, rebuild and try again.

02 —Founder

SRC / FOUNDERCrowFOUNDER / CEO

Founder / CEO

Crow

Responsibility: corporate direction, product and ecosystem expansion.

What does this idea need to become something we can sustain?

His work brings together Corvus Aeternum and a shared structure for creative projects. Leadership means providing context, assigning ownership and listening to the judgment of the people doing the work.

The aim is an organization that can grow and make decisions without the founder approving every step.

03 —Direction

Mission

Turning unlikely ideas into real things, giving them technology to be built, design for identity, storytelling to be told and commerce to sustain them.

Vision

To be a commercially viable creative organization that proves creativity does not have to become a production line without personality.

Operating principle

Creative freedom + responsibility for the outcome.

04 —Philosophy

Finish. Publish. Learn. Rebuild.

Creative freedom + responsibility for the outcome.

05 —Architecture

SRC → Functional group → Division. Projects can connect divisions without becoming another division.

01 / Shared direction

Sueños Rotos Corporation

Sets direction for the whole and connects resources, owners and institutional memory. Each division keeps its own identity.

02 / Six functional groups

Groups connect disciplines; divisions do the work.

G03

Technology

Software and digital infrastructure for building and operating.

G04

Physical Experiences

Hospitality and experiences rooted in a place.

G05

Business Infrastructure

Shared support that sustains the divisions’ work.

  • Shared support function; no independent division.

03 / Projects across divisions

A team for each idea.

When one discipline is not enough, divisions collaborate on a project with its own owners and record. That does not create a new division.

Example / Cross-division

Corvus Aeternum

BlackSignal Labs Corvus Publishing Bureau

Technology and storytelling for an artists’ platform and archive.

06 —How we work

  1. Idea
  2. Evaluation
  3. Responsible
  4. Build
  5. Release
  6. Archive / evolution

Specialists, not button operators

Technology supports the work; it does not replace professional judgment. We agree on scope, ownership and delivery conditions before building.

The SRC circuit

From sketch to archive: the life of a piece.

An idea is sketched, made, sold, brings people together and becomes part of a lasting record. A hoodie, a zine and an app follow the same path.

01

Narrative origin

It all starts here: concepts, symbols, manifestos, characters and creative direction for the SRC universe.

02

Physical product

Stories become tangible: garments, prints, publications, accessories and collectible pieces.

03

Digital Infrastructure

BlackSignal Labs builds the tools that connect the store, archive and community; each system publishes its development status.

04

Living community

Members, authors, artists, readers and collectors take part in drops, events and open calls.

05

Permanent archive

Every drop, project and experiment is recorded as part of the SRC universe.

07 —Commitments and standards

  1. Do not pretend to have capabilities that do not yet exist.
  2. Do not conceal who did the work.
  3. Do not sacrifice clarity for aesthetics.
  4. Do not equate inexperience with a lack of talent.
  5. Do not publish something we cannot sustain.
