A limited piece loses confidence when there is no clear record. The passport solves the basics: what is it, what collection it comes from, how many units exist, how it is cared for and how it checks.
It does not take block arrow to solve this problem. It requires a normal database, well-designed identifiers, audit and a data policy that separates public information from purchase information.
File starts after sale
When a piece is done, it does not end its public life. It goes to Store Archive, can appear in the User Collection and retains its own "Set" passport if applicable.
That flow makes buying part of the ecosystem: Store sells, is identifying, is maintaining, and Archive documents.
