Purchase does not end in the checkout. Every physical order must come with a clear experience: portfolio, contents, destination, care, packaging and understandable authenticity limits before opening the box.
Physical Experience
Packaging works as part of the system, not as decoration.
The SRC proposes that it be clear before theatrical. Therefore the package should communicate what it contains, how it is validated, what to do if there is a problem and what parts still depend on operational confirmation.
Envelope object
Paper, split label, object code and basic care without hiding useful information.
Transfer Document
Physical or digital file with order, contents, destination, status, support and date of preparation.
Care Card
Materials, washing, care, use, restrictions and support route for damage or changes.
Archive Card
Relationship with the School, Collection, Store Archive or Journal when the piece has editorial context.
Passport Bridge
QR or NFC can link to Object Passport when there is verified drive record.

2. CheckoutThe folio creates minimum data, order, local reservation and transfer document. Open Checkout.
3. OrdersThe user retains status, Transfer Document and Fulfillment Packet local. See the Orders.
4. ShippingDelivery, cost, parcel delivery and times are confirmed after reviewing stock and destination. View shipments.
5. PassportLimited parts can be connected to object passport when verified unit exists. See Passports.
6. SupportAny incidence opens with folio, evidence and expected resolution. Open Support.
